We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Engineer to join our clients team in Wokingham. They are International leaders custom technology solutions.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing business opportunities by building strong customer relationships alongside the Sales Manager and Field Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and follow up on customer enquiries to maximize sales.
– Handle order processing from entry to delivery and post-delivery issues.
– Prepare and manage customer quotations and ensure compliance with regulations.
– Keep customers updated on their order status and proactively manage delivery dates.
– Collaborate with the Field Sales team to meet customer needs and drive growth.
Skills and Experience:
– Proven success in B2B sales.
– Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential
– Excellent communication and data accuracy skills.
