Are you an experienced Marketing Manager, is your background in B2B Product Marketing? Are you looking to work for a friendly, growing business?  If you are able to demonstrate a strong record of high quality marketing management experience this role could be for you.

We are looking for an experienced marketing expert to lead a small team of office-based marketing staff, help shape the content and deliver the marketing plan.

You will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring the team.

You should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategies and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.

You’ll establish positioning, identify target audiences, develop and deliver on marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, as well as executing marketing programs end to end

Analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices will be required. Using email, performance marketing, and the website to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics


  • Achieve quality and consistent lead generation through content creation and management.
  • Maintain constant contact with existing customer base and ensure that every customers ‘basket’ of products grows consistently.
  • Help implement a new CRM and ensure that customer records are held perfectly.
  • Deliver on the new brand strategy and ensure that the goals of the brand are realized.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative designers to ensure brand consistency across all channels including print, digital and video.
  • Manage and grow the brand recognition of ‘sub-brands’ in our own industry.
  • Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of each campaign through regular reporting.
  • Manage and report on New Product Development and New products to market.
