 £40-45K plus up to £10K bonus




Experience Marketing/Product Marketing Manager to join a small but rapidly growing company that has in-house R&D and product development. The role is focussed on raising awareness of its brand and developing strong lead generation for the UK and USA markets. The new role will play an important part in the company’s success. The company is focussed on quality targeted activity to become the market leader in its field


The Marketing/Product Manager will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy that focuses on digital marketing, but also offline marketing activity. A largely digital focussed role, you’ll be responsible for all online marketing campaigns and platforms. This is a very hands-on role and a standalone position. The role would include supervising the digital marketing agency to drive lead generation.


The ideal candidate will be creative in their approach to launching new products and developing our market messages using a multi-channel approach.

 Marketing Strategy

  • Developing an annual marketing plan aligned to the overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and tracking all marketing activity to ensure that it is delivering a positive ROI.
  • Delivering ongoing, proactive brand development.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working on the creation and end-to-end management of marketing events, and webinars to publicise the Company’s services.

Digital Marketing

  • Writing, proofreading, and maintaining up-to-date copy for the Company website and social media channels, utilising SEO techniques throughout.
  • Aligning and maintaining the messaging across our social channels.
  • Coordination of the collection and publication of internal contributions to Digital Marketing.
  • Managing and maintaining paid outbound email marketing campaigns and telemarketing campaigns.
  • Reviewing Google and SEMrush analytics and liaising with digital marketing agency to improve the website.

Marketing General

  • Managing the design & production of wider marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case-studies, posters, newsletters, e-newsletters, and video content.
  • Occasional attendance at industry events.


  • Develop a sound product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions. Also, by taking ownership of incoming query emails and to answer or direct them to the right person in our team.
  • Develop the product marketing plan for individual products to generate the demand in the market.
  • Work with external agencies to produce materials for product training and sales aids as necessary.
  • Be hands-on in all areas of the product management and use initiative to add value to the function whilst always considering the core marketing values of the 4 Ps mix (price, place, product & promotion).




3+ years of Marketing in a B2B and B2C environment

Extensive, demonstrable track record of developing, maintaining, delivering, and evaluating marketing strategies

Expert level website content administration

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques

Previous employment within a consultancy organisation would be a definite bonus

Qualifications and Knowledge

2:1 or higher degree in a Marketing/Business related subject, or equivalent experience

CIM qualified

Knowledge of WordPress (desirable)

Knowledge of Adobe products such as Illustrator and Publisher
